Health and wellbeing goes far beyond just the physical. It encompasses mental, spiritual, environmental and social elements. Understanding how these dimensions impact your physical health we are able to guide lifestyle choices by finding your inner strengths to make lasting changes in your life and health. 

 Individual  Sessions

Individual sessions can be booked as a single session or coaching packages. After an initial 30 minute consultation you will have the option to schedule private 1 hour coaching sessions. 

​

During these sessions we will explore the areas of your life that have come out of balance utilizing the Integrative Health and Wellness Assessments. We will then work on empowering you to restore balance by creating sustainable lifestyle changes.

Group Sessions and Workshops

​

Group coaching sessions and workshops are held on a bi-monthly schedule and scaled to both large and small groups. 

​

Group coaching sessions are discussion based and offer a supportive environment to work through like issues. During these sessions, you not only have the benefit of the coach, you also have the benefit of others looking to improve their health and wellness.
